Matt Lambert has joined the club and taken up a lead role on the Men's coaching set up. Lambert has previously coached in League 1 with both London Skolars and Hemel Stags and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the new era of the club.

Director of rugby, Rob Ashton, describes Matt as a "key target with what I'm building at the club this year. Matt has an incredible knowledge of the game and great ability to deliver very high standards in training".

Lambert was on the Tigers list of coaches while going through the application process for League 1 last year and we're delighted that he will be around the group this year in spite of us not being awarded the professional spot.

The Tigers men are currently in preseason and are gearing towards a preseason friendly on Sunday 6th April.

The season proper starts with an away trip to North Herts Crusaders on April 19th
