For star winger Josh Hudson-Lett, Tuesday evening will be one that will live long in the memory.
A lifelong dream to represent his country came true and he took full advantage of his opportunity!
Initially Josh was only due to be part of the train on squad for Jamaica's autumn internationals but was given a chance to be part of the match day squad against Wales, albeit as 18th man.
A late change saw him promoted to the game day 17 and was brought on for the second half and incredibly went on to score a try on debut!
Josh's magic moment came in the 75th minute when he took advantage of a misread 5th tackle kick, snatching the bouncing ball from his opposite number to race away 20m to touch down under the posts to the joy of everyone at the club!
Josh is a real success story for the Tigers having come through our junior system and become a prolific try scorer at senior level. His dream has always been to represent Jamaica and we couldn't be more proud to have been a part of his journey to achieving this!
Jamaica went on to lose 22-16 to their hosts who now enter a playoff system for World Cup Qualification against Serbia, France and Ukraine.
